Gardens at Cross Keys

The 187.2 kW roof mounted solar array is located at 3152 Glassboro Cross Keys Road in Glassboro, NJ. The solar array provides 100% of the electricity needs for this state of the art assisted living and dementia care facility owned and operated by The Hollinger Group. In addition to providing development services for the project, Solar Renewable Energy, LLC assisted The Gardens through the New Jersey SREC financing process resulting in a 10-year supply agreement with Atlantic City Electric. With that agreement, it enabled The Gardens to obtain bank financing for the solar array. The array is comprised of 780, 240-watt LDK modules, two (2) PV Powered inverters, Sunmodo racking with monitoring provided by DECK.
