Henrico Arms Apartments

The Henrico Arms Apartments solar project is located on the campus of an affordable housing complex outside of Richmond, VA. The property had recently gone through a low-income housing tax credit redevelopment. This property was part of a multiple-state solar portfolio between Silver Street Development Corporation and SRE, which covering the installation of solar arrays in MA, NY, NJ, and VA.
