The two facilities at 2300 and 2330 Vartan Way in Susquehanna Township house a multitude of businesses ranging from childcare, and radio telecommunications to technology and health service companies. Vartan Group’s insight into recognizing renewable and sustainability benefits will provide significant savings over the lives of these two rooftop solar arrays as they reduce cost sustainably and utilize rooftop solar.

The roof top solar arrays will offset 40% of annual electric usage. Vartan Group and their tenants will benefit from rate certainty and contribute to emissions savings while reducing costs.
